If you're unable to keep your commitment to attend the weekly meetings, check with the following people to see if they would be willing to act as a substitute for you. They'll represent you and your services at our meetings and ensure a continuity of contact between you and the other members.
While subtitutes are always made very welcome, members do have a responsibility to attend the majority of meetings themselves, arranging for subtitutes to cover for annual holidays and occasions when business takes them out of area so they are unable to personally attend. We also try to discourage the same substitutes from attending on a regular basis.
